This policy explains how Leadlabs handles information when you visit our website, request a website demo or contact us.

Our registered office is 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, write to us at that address, email team@leadlabs.design or contact us on +44 7348 953429.

What we collect

Why we use it

We use your contact details and answers to assess your request, build and send your demo, answer questions and discuss the website you asked about. Where you request a demo for yourself, this is to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Where you act for a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to that business enquiry.

We use the campaign parameters submitted with your enquiry to understand which campaigns generate requests, relying on our legitimate interest in understanding our enquiries. We capture them from the current page address; we do not set advertising attribution storage before consent. Website security and abuse prevention also serve our legitimate interests.

We use the Meta Pixel for advertising and ad measurement only with your consent. Requesting a demo does not require advertising consent and does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not send your form field values to the Meta Pixel or use automated lead scoring to decide whether you receive a demo.

Advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our Meta Pixel ID is 2205699600006050. After you accept advertising, it records PageView on page visits, Lead after a demo request is successfully accepted, and Contact when you click a WhatsApp link. These signals help measure adverts and support relevant advertising on Meta services.

Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and associate activity with a Meta account according to its own policies. See Meta’s privacy policy and cookie policy.

You can reject advertising and still use the website and form. We remember your cookie choice for up to six months in your browser. at any time. Rejecting stops future Pixel events from this site and removes accessible Meta advertising cookies from this domain. It does not undo processing that happened before you withdrew consent.

Who receives information

Authorised Leadlabs team members use your enquiry to deliver the demo and respond. Vercel hosts the website and form endpoint. Google Fonts supplies the landing page’s typefaces; when your browser requests these files, Google receives technical request data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the fonts. Resend processes notification emails containing your enquiry for delivery to our team’s inbox; our email provider processes those messages. A successful submission is confirmed after our email service accepts the notification.

If you accept advertising, Meta receives Pixel information. If you choose to use WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your contact details.

Processing outside the UK

Our hosting, email and advertising providers may process information outside the UK. International processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements, including adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards where needed. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your information. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for provider information.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and demo correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project. In deciding when to delete it, we consider whether discussions or work are ongoing, whether it is needed to resolve a complaint or legal claim, and any applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not need to retain an inactive enquiry indefinitely; you can contact us to request deletion.

Your cookie preference expires after six months. The browser’s temporary submission confirmation lasts only for the browsing session and contains no contact details. Meta’s own retention practices are described in its policies linked above.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request a portable copy of information. You can withdraw advertising consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact team@leadlabs.design to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our use of information changes. The date above shows the latest version.
